Job Description:
Technovative Applications is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and assist in the design of circuitry, schematics and other requirements of advanced land-based radar systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with FPGA code, control systems and test equipment. The successful candidate will support work on complex radar systems alongside a multi-disciplinary team.
Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- RF circuit design
- Digital circuit design
- System and board schematics and block diagrams
- Understanding of FPGA code and micro controller C code
- Understanding of active electronic scan antennas
- Mil-Spec hardware and interconnect systems
- Understanding of Encoders, Tilt Sensors, Inertial Measurement Systems
- Familiar with AC, DC motors and motor controls
- Test equipment, including oscilloscopes, DVM, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, etc.
- Position may require occasional travel.
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrates engineering capability in radar or other complex electro-mechanical architectures and proficiency in the design, development, integration, and test of such systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint tools, schematic capture software and Solid Works.

Education and Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from a state accredited school
- 5-10 years of related experience
- U.S. citizen, ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
